Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for the Early Intervention & Pediatrics team in Delaware with flexible scheduling and compensation up to $80 per visit plus benefits. Join a nonprofit focused on delivering exceptional care to children and empowering families.

As an OT, you will work in homes and community settings, partnering with families and caregivers to support child development, while receiving comprehensive onboarding, paid orientation, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five and/or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments - homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more.
• Use electronic documentation for each visit.
• Complete weekly scheduled visits.
