Job summary

BAYADA is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for Early Intervention and Pediatrics in Delaware with flexible scheduling and up to $80 per visit. Join a nonprofit focused on delivering exceptional pediatric care and supporting families.

Choose your geographic coverage, set your schedule (Part-Time 25+ visits/week or Per Diem 5 visits/week), and enjoy weekly pay, benefits, and dedicated clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five and/or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments - homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more.
• Use electronic documentation for each visit.
• Complete weekly scheduled visits.
