Job summary

All About Therapy seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Natural Environment team supporting children in homes, schools, and community settings across the Durham, Raleigh, Cary/Apex areas.

The role offers flexible part-time/PRN scheduling, independence with clinical leadership and scheduling support, and opportunities to expand your caseload while benefiting from an established pediatric practice.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
  • Active or eligible North Carolina OT license required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized occupational therapy to pediatric clients in homes, daycares, schools, and other natural environments.
  • Conduct evaluations and standardized assessments.
  • Develop functional, individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver play-based, evidence-informed therapy.
  • Partner with parents, caregivers, and educators to support progress in the child's everyday environment.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Maintain timely and compliant documentation.
  • Collaborate with other members of the child's care team.

We're looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who loves working with children and wants more flexibility and control over their schedule.

Whether you're looking to supplement another position, work a few days per week, or build a larger caseload over time, we'll work with you to create a schedule that fits your life.

Our Natural Environment program has been a core part of All About Therapy for years and is one that makes us proud We've built a strong, experienced team of therapists, many of whom have been with us long-term, and a model that gives therapists the independence and flexibility they want while still providing the support of an established, therapist-led pediatric practice.

You’ll work with children where they live, learn, and play—including homes, daycares, schools, and community settings throughout the Durham, Raleigh and Cary/Apex areas.

Additionally, you’ll have the flexibility and independence of working in the natural environment, while still having experienced clinical leadership, administrative and scheduling support, and a team that understands the unique realities of providing therapy out in the community.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications
Required
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active or eligible North Carolina Occupational Therapy license
Preferred
  • Pediatric OT experience
  • Experience with sensory processing differences, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, feeding, fine motor development, or related pediatric needs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive clinical team
