Care First Rehab in Cary, NC is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric team on a part-time, afternoon schedule. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop play-based, evidence-based treatment plans, and engage families to support development at home.

This afternoon-focused role offers PPV pay and a $1,000–$2,000 sign-on bonus with a 1-year commitment, plus benefits eligibility if you maintain 20+ visits per week and access to a modern, collaborative clinic

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification required for practice.
• Current NC state licensure in Occupational Therapy.

• Pay Model: Pay-Per-Visit (PPV)
• Initial Evaluation (IE) Rate: $50.00 – $60.00 per evaluation
• Follow-Up (FU) Rate: $37.00 – $45.00 per visit
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000.00 – $2,000.00 (paid within the first 90 days; requires a 1-year commitment)
• Job Type: Part-Time, W2 (Afternoon Availability Required)
• Benefits Eligibility: Partial/full benefits eligible if maintaining over 20 visits per week!

The Role

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing pediatric team in Cary, NC during afternoon hours. You will play a vital role in helping children develop essential skills, achieve milestones, and reach their full potential through:

• Comprehensive Assessments: Identifying children’s needs, developmental delays, and functional limitations.
• Individualized Care: Developing treatment plans using play-based therapy, sensory integration, and other evidence-based approaches.
• Family Engagement: Educating and empowering parents and caregivers with strategies and resources to support development at home.
• Collaborative Intervention: Working alongside early intervention specialists and the broader care team for optimal, holistic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certification: Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• State Licensure: Valid and current NC state license in Occupational Therapy.
