Job summary

All About Therapy, PLLC in North Carolina is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for our Natural Environment program. You will provide OT services in homes, daycares, schools, and community settings across Durham, Raleigh, Cary, and Apex, with flexible scheduling and support from a therapist-led team.

This role offers part-time or PRN options, with mentorship and administrative support. A Master's in OT and an active North Carolina OT license are required, with preference for pediatric

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and NC license or eligibility.
• Active or eligible North Carolina OT license.
• Pediatric OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized OT to pediatric clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Conduct evaluations and standard assessments.
• Develop functional, individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based, evidence-informed therapy.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and care teams.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain timely documentation.
• Support progress within the child's everyday environment.

Pay: $45.00-$65.00 per hour

Come join All About Therapy's Natural Environment team! We're looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who loves working with children and wants more flexibility and control over their schedule.

Our Natural Environment program has been a core part of All About Therapy for years and is one that makes us proud We've built a strong, experienced team of therapists, many of whom have been with us long-term, and a model that gives therapists the independence and flexibility they want while still providing the support of an established, therapist-led pediatric practice.

You’ll work with children where they live, learn, and play—including homes, daycares, schools, and community settings throughout the Durham, Raleigh and Cary/Apex areas.

Additionally, you’ll have the flexibility and independence of working in the natural environment, while still having experienced clinical leadership, administrative and scheduling support, and a team that understands the unique realities of providing therapy out in the community.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized occupational therapy to pediatric clients in homes, daycares, schools, and other natural environments
• Conduct evaluations and standardized assessments
• Develop functional, individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based, evidence-informed therapy
• Partner with parents, caregivers, and educators to support progress in the child's everyday environment
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation
• Collaborate with other members of the child's care team

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active or eligible North Carolina Occupational Therapy license

Preferred:

• Pediatric OT experience
• Experience with sensory processing differences, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, feeding, fine motor development, or related pediatric needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive clinical team
