All About Therapy, PLLC is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team with clinic and home/school openings in Raleigh, Apex, and Cary. We offer flexible schedules, autonomy in caseloads, and strong leadership support.

Requirements include a Master’s in OT and an active NC license. Preferred candidates have pediatric experience and comfort with electronic documentation and scheduling systems. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

• Ability to work independently in community settings.

Responsabilités

• Conduct pediatric evaluations and standardized assessments in homes and community settings.
• Develop functional, individualized treatment plans aligned with daily routines.
• Deliver play-based, evidence-informed therapy in real-life contexts and coach caregivers.
• Co-treat with speech therapists and monitor progress.
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation.
• Communicate consistently with families and the team to ensure coordinated care.

You will:

• Conduct pediatric evaluations and standardized assessments in homes and community settings
• Develop functional, individualized treatment plans aligned with daily routines
• Deliver play-based, evidence-informed therapy in real-life contextsCoach caregivers through practical, hands-on strategies
• Co-treat with speech therapists
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions thoughtfully
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation
• Communicate consistently with families and the AAT team to ensure coordinated care

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active North Carolina OT License
• Ability to work independently in community settings

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of pediatric experience
• Experience in pediatric settings
• Experience with sensory processing differences, autism spectrum disorder, and developmental delays
• Comfort with electronic documentation and mobile scheduling systems
