Job summary

DV Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a clinic setting. You will design and lead therapy programs that support the development and rehabilitation of individuals with mental, physical, or emotional challenges.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license (CA).
• Master's degree from an accredited OT program.
• CPR certification & annual TB skin test.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and organize occupational therapy programs.
• Provide home programming and family education.
• Recommend modifications to work or living environments.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain patient records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise COTAs.
• Conduct training on therapy techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Participate in meetings, training, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support research and community education projects.
