Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families to support carryover and progress.
• Discharge patients when goals are met.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team collaboration.
• Provide services across settings as needed (clinic, schools).
• Participate in staff meetings and team collaboration.
• Assist with general clinic support (organizing, materials).
