DV Therapy Learning Center in Palmdale, California, is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help clients regain independence and improve their daily lives. In this role, you'll assist with therapy, implement treatment plans, provide exercises, and educate patients and families.

Ideal candidates will have an active CA COTA License and strong communication skills. Positions are available for part-time and full-time work, offering flexible scheduling and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CA COTA License.
• CPR certified and have an Annual TB Skin test.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient assessments and implement OT‑designed treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Document patient progress and maintain records.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of therapy equipment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Manage appointments and client sessions.
• Maintain organized charts and data tracking.
• Support research projects and community education initiatives.

Qualifications
