Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas (OTR).
• Experience in pediatric in-home therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric in-home evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in the child's home.
• Educate families on daily living strategies and skill-building.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
