Job summary

THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide home-based therapy for children in Hutto, Texas, and surrounding areas. This PRN/part-time role is based in our Austin division and emphasizes comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, and family coaching.

You will collaborate with physicians and caregivers, complete visits and chart notes on schedule, and maintain compliance with agency policies.

Qualifications

• A current/active license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Texas.
• Pediatric OT experience and reliability in home-health settings preferred.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as needed for the business.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
• Create home exercise programs in partnership with caregivers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Complete required patient visits and maintain timely chart notes and paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, ethics, and applicable laws.
