Community Partners in New Hampshire is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support infants and toddlers aged three and younger and their families. You will evaluate children's abilities, develop treatment plans, and provide services in homes and community settings to help milestones.

This part-time role emphasizes a family-centered, transdisciplinary approach, requires NH license, and prefers experience with babies.

Qualificações

• BS or MS in Occupational Therapy.
• New Hampshire State License in Occupational Therapy.
• Knowledge and comfort with home/community transdisciplinary model of service delivery.
• Experience with infant & toddler population preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate clients aged three and younger to assess abilities and milestones.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to guide progress.
• Deliver occupational therapy services in both community settings and families' homes.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support ongoing development.
