Qualifications

• National Board for Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of clients and develop treatment plans.
• Assess home and school environments and determine needed adjustments.
• Advise on adaptive equipment to help daily activities.
• Educate caregivers and family members on patient care.
• Evaluate progress of OT interventions and adjust plans.
• Maintain current professional knowledge and progress in OT practices.
