Advanced Therapy Clinic LLC in Butte, Montana, seeks a passionate full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team. The role focuses on direct OT services for children and adolescents, developing creative treatment plans, and communicating progress with families and staff.

In-person work with a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will conduct assessments, tailor plans, and collaborate with caregivers, school teams, and therapists to maximize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from ACOTE/AOTA accredited program.
• NBCOT certification.
• Licensed per state requirements and current regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and develop/execute treatment plans.
• Assess home and school environments to determine adjustments.
• Advise on adaptive equipment to support daily activities.
• Educate caregivers and family members on patient care and progress.
• Evaluate outcomes of occupational therapy interventions and adjust as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OT practices and progress.

Advanced Therapy Clinic is hiring! We are looking for a passionate full-time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in their treatment plans, and have excellent communication skills. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing direct services to clients, and providing feedback to families and other team members. Advanced Therapy Clinic provides ST, OT, PT, ABA, Counseling and Nutrition Therapy to children with a variety of disabilities or delays. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our goal is to bring OT and our other therapies to as many clients as possible. Our clinics are in multiple locations, and we are expanding rapidly but with careful attention to planning and resources. Client care is at the center of everything we do.
