As an Occupational Therapist, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate across disciplines to create integrated care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current licensed OT and registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association and licensed in applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy that meets each child where they are.
• Collaborate across disciplines to create integrated care plans.
• Guide and support caregivers and staff.
• Participate in IEP development and implementation.
• Mentor and supervise OT students and support team development.
