Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our mission-driven team in Chattanooga, TN. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans, and deliver hands-on therapy tailored to each child’s needs.

Work across disciplines (ABA, Speech, Psychology) to create integrated care plans, guide families, and support staff. Opportunities include supervision of OT students and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current licensed OT and registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association and licensed in applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy aligned with each child’s needs.
• Collaborate with ABA, Speech, and Psychology to craft integrated care plans.
• Guide and support caregivers and staff in therapy goals.
• Participate in IEP development and implementation.
• Mentor and supervise OT students and support team development.
