Job summary

United Cerebral Palsy of Central Arizona is seeking an energetic full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide OT services for children at our North Valley, Phoenix site.

This role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 6 months, a starting salary around $79,000, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement matching.

You will work in a team with clinicians, develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and support families in applying therapies at home.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona occupational therapy license.
• Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Current CPR/First Aid.
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational therapy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services for children.
• Develop treatment plans and goals.
• Keep detailed documentation of billing, evaluations, progress, and discharge.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with therapists.
• Assist families with home activities.
