Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy for children and young adults with developmental, behavioral, or medical needs.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, deliver in-home therapies, monitor progress, and train families on adaptive equipment while maintaining thorough documentation and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active OT/L license in Texas is required.
• Minimum of one year of allied health experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with families.
• Ability to exert physical effort, including lifting and moving objects.

Responsibilities
