Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to evaluate, treat, teach, and consult with youth across residential programs in Walpole, MA. The role requires clear documentation, strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and supervision of OT students.

Responsibilities include administering assessments, designing individualized plans, providing hands-on therapy to youth, and coordinating with families and staff to support treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Massachusetts OT licensure and NBCOT registration.

Responsibilities

• Administers tests and evaluates functional status to determine therapy needs.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans for youth.
• Provides group and individual therapy within residential settings.
• Maintains treatment notes and timely documentation.
• Collaborates with families, staff, and other professionals.
