Job summary

HealthPro Pediatrics in Pasco County, FL is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, W-2 position at 35 hours per week. This float role serves Land O'Lakes, San Antonio, Wesley Chapel, and Zephyrhills, with weekends, holidays, school breaks and summer break preserved.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Treatment and Education: Create personalized treatment plans and educate families on daily activities and adaptations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans per policy.
• Advocacy and Support: Help clients access community resources and accommodations as needed.
