Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to deliver comprehensive OT services in clinic and home health settings. The role offers Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN options with flexible schedules including 4x10 or 5x8 workweeks.

Clinicians will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support families to achieve developmental milestones.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Texas Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain before start date.
• Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• One year of experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based OT interventions to improve fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, coordination and balance.
• Enhance ADLs and functional independence through targeted therapy.
• Educate and train parents/caregivers on home programs and strategies.
• Collaborate with COTAs, SLPs, PTs, nurses and physicians for family-centered care.
• Supervise COTAs when applicable and ensure timely documentation.
