The Openshaw Spot is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric outpatient team in Milbridge, Maine. Flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available—tell us what schedule works for you!

We are a therapist-owned practice providing occupational and speech therapy to children and young adults. We value creative, purposeful treatment, meaningful progress in everyday routines, and strong partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Current Maine occupational therapy license or eligibility to obtain one before starting.
• Interest in pediatric practice and family-centered care.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Pediatric experience welcomed; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans- OTR only.
• Provide engaging, goal-directed therapy supporting play, self-care, feeding, emotional regulation, and school participation.
• Partner with caregivers and provide practical home recommendations.
• Collaborate with COTAs, speech therapists, and clinical leadership.
• Complete timely documentation.
• Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and organized treatment environment.
