Circle Creek Therapy in Auburn, WA is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our family-owned pediatric clinic. This role offers full-time or part-time options, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and opportunities for mentorship, licensure reimbursement, and CEU support.

You’ll deliver evidence-informed, play-based therapy in private treatment spaces while collaborating with a supportive team of OTs, SLPs, PTs, and behavioral health staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington.
• Experience working with pediatric populations and families.
• Trauma-informed care approach and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to mentor or lead a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients using evidence-based, play-based strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, PTs, behavior health professionals).
• Engage families to support function and independence across settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy in private treatment spaces and document progress.
