Circle Creek Therapy in Auburn, WA is hiring a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist. The clinic prioritizes a supportive, family-centered approach with flexible scheduling and a collaborative team.

You will provide play-based speech therapy and feeding therapy for children, collaborate with OTs/PTs and mental health clinicians, and have options to treat adults. A sign-on bonus and professional development support are offered.

Formación

• Washington licensed SLP with CCC is required.
• Experience in pediatrics and family-centered care is preferred.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engaging, play-based speech and language therapy for pediatric patients.
• Provide pediatric feeding therapy based on training and interests.
• Build strong relationships with families to support carryover and progress.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, PTs, and mental health clinicians for holistic care.
• Optional: treat adult patients based on interests.
• Participate in monthly reflective consultation for peer support and problem-solving.
• Work 1:1 in private treatment rooms and therapy gyms designed for sensory and communication needs.
