Qualifications

• 3+ years of pediatric OT experience.
• Must hold valid OT license.
• Strong communication with families.
• Willingness for CEUs and ongoing learning.
• Ability to supervise a COTA if needed.

Responsibilities

• Address pediatric performance to support engagement in daily activities.
• Select and apply OT treatment models per case.
• Improve ADL/IADL safety and performance.
• Teach tasks and break down activities.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and train use.
• Educate families and caregivers.
• Document progress and maintain records.
• Collaborate with licensed OTs to develop plans.
• Follow clinic policies and procedures.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
