MedCare Pediatric Group is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. Work in clinic-based care, home health, or a hybrid model to deliver personalized occupational therapy to children and families.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Texas Occupational Therapist license (or eligible to obtain before start date).
• Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve: Fine motor and gross motor skills; Sensory processing; Coordination and balance; Strength and range of motion; Activities of Daily Living (ADLs); Functional independence.
• Educate and train parents and caregivers on home programs and therapeutic strategies.
• Collaborate with COTAs, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, family-centered care.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) when applicable.
• Complete timely documentation while maintaining compliance with state and company standards.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with patients and families through compassionate, one-on-one care.
