PediaStaff is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist in Clarksville, IN to evaluate and treat children with physical, developmental, emotional, and psychosocial needs, helping them participate more fully in daily life.

Clinician-led, family-focused, with mentorship for new graduates and flexible scheduling. Clinic-based setting with potential for full- or part-time roles, serving ages 0–18 and offering a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license (or in the process of obtaining licensure).
• Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and support.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children ages 0-18 for fine motor development, visual motor skills, sensory processing and modulation, executive functioning, and other areas impacting daily activities.
• Assess the impact of developmental challenges on activities of daily living (ADLs), education, play, leisure, sleep, and social participation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to maximize outcomes.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions in a pediatric outpatient setting.
• Maintain professional competencies, ethical standards, clinical documentation, and state licensure requirements.
