Job summary

Easterseals Central Illinois is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric therapy team at the Bloomington service center. You will evaluate and treat children, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support fine motor, self-help, and daily living skills.

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm; no evenings or weekends. We offer mentorship, ongoing training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy required.
• Must be licensed in Illinois or eligible for licensure.
• Illinois Early Intervention credential or eligible.
• Minimum of one year of pediatric OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes initial evaluation and reports for each client.
• Provides direct therapy focusing on functional goals.
• Participates in IFSP multidisciplinary and caregiver meetings.
• Documents in EHR following payer guidelines.
• Mentors staff and participates in clinic activities.
