Job summary

Easterseals Central Illinois is seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Bloomington service team. You will evaluate and treat children across a range of settings, including aquatic, early intervention, and outpatient pediatric rehabilitation, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary staff.

The role emphasizes family-centered therapy, documentation in the EHR, and participation in team-based planning to help children reach functional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Illinois license or eligibility required.
• Experience with pediatric therapy and family-centered care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and develop OT plans of care.
• Provide direct OT services to children in clinic and natural environments.
• Participate in IFSP meetings, caregiver training, and interdisciplinary team discussions.
• Maintain thorough documentation in the EHR and ensure billing accuracy.
