Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Missouri seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a growing pediatric therapy team in the Kansas City area. You will provide 1:1 therapy for young children (ages 3–6), primarily addressing Autism Spectrum Disorder within an ABA-based setting, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll have the flexibility to choose full-time or part-time hours, complete evaluations, and maintain a caseload with a strong patient demand.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT or license-eligible to practice in MO.
• Interest in pediatric population and autism.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to children aged 3–6.
• Work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Deliver 30–60 minute therapy sessions.
• Complete evaluations (≈90 minutes) per scheduling.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric team.
• Document care using OpenEMR.
• Manage daily caseload within clinic hours.
