RNInk in the Kansas City area is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a growing pediatric therapy team. The clinic serves children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in an ABA-based setting, with flexible full-time or part-time hours and a caseload you help shape.

You’ll work one-on-one with young children (ages 3–6), deliver 30–60 minute sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The position offers growth opportunities and potential leadership as the organization expands.

Qualificações

• Licensed OT or license-eligible; COTA welcome.
• Interest in pediatric population.
• Comfortable working with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for child-centered, individualized care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized therapy to children (ages 3–6).
• Work primarily with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Provide 1:1 therapy sessions lasting approximately 30–60 minutes.
• Complete evaluations, typically scheduled for approximately 90 minutes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric professionals.
• Manage daily caseload and schedule within clinic operating hours.
