Job summary

Places You’ll Go Therapy (PYG Therapy) is seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to support children in their natural environments across Arizona. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families to maximize independence and daily participation.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• AHCCCS provider ID may be required.
• Article 9 certification may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
• Pediatric or home-based therapy experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide interventions to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, self-care, and activities of daily living.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches based on each child’s needs.
• Complete evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and other required documentation within established timelines.
• Educate caregivers on strategies to support skill development between sessions.
• Collaborate with families and other members of the care team.
• Provide COTA supervision when qualified and authorized, as applicable.
