KidsCare Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric home-based therapy, delivering high-quality care in the comfort of clients' homes. This position emphasizes mentorship, leadership development, and a culture of CARE as part of a therapist-owned team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in occupational therapy required.
• Current state licensure to practice OT.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• CPR certification.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Examine, evaluate, and administer remedial treatments for pediatric patients.
• Provide clinical treatment including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and caregiver training.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients to appropriate services and resources as needed.
• Mentor students and new hires and participate in professional organizations.
