Job summary

MHMR of Tarrant County is looking for an Occupational Therapist for Early Childhood Intervention to support families with infants and toddlers facing developmental delays. You will work directly in home or childcare settings, providing essential therapy and guidance to parents.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, current Texas licensure, and experience with pediatric clients. MHMR offers a competitive benefits package, including a retirement plan with matching and great PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatrics, training, or certification in breast feeding/lactation, NDT, infant massage, or sensory integration preferred.
• Ability to carry and lift 15-25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support families with infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities.
• Provide direct Occupational Therapy services in natural learning environments.
• Coach parents to learn skills and techniques to help their children succeed.
