Job summary

LOGAN Center in Indiana is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide evaluations and therapy for infants and toddlers under First Steps, developing IFSPs and coordinating with families and staff. You will conduct assessments, deliver targeted therapy for gross/fine motor, oral motor, perceptual-motor, and sensory integration skills, and maintain progress notes and IFSP documentation.

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist in Indiana.
• One year of pediatric experience preferred.
• Good communication with families and staff; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating children with a team of therapists or individually.
• Communicate the results of the assessment and progress to families and staff.
• Provide therapy to improve gross/fine motor, oral motor, and sensory skills.
• Maintain records, quarterly reports, and development of IFSPs.
