Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist in Indiana.
• One year of pediatric experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Enrolled as First Steps provider in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and therapy for infants and toddlers across multiple settings.
• Develop treatment plans and outcomes for IFSPs; communicate results to families and staff.
• Provide parent training and home program recommendations.
• Maintain daily progress notes and quarterly reports; attend case conferences and IFSP reviews.
