Job summary

Ivy Rehab for Kids in Lebanon County, PA seeks an Occupational Therapist for Early Intervention on a part-time, pay-per-visit basis. Services are provided in the child’s natural settings, including home, daycare, or community sites, birth through age three.

You’ll empower families with coaching and support to help the child reach goals. Ideal candidates hold an OT Master’s/Doctorate, PA OT licensure, and pediatric CPR/FA certification, with 1+ year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current or pending Pennsylvania OT state licensure.
• Pediatric CPR and FA certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience with children under 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to children birth through age three in home, daycare, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families using a coaching model to empower caregivers.
• Maintain per-visit scheduling of 5–19 hours per week with potential to transition to part-time or full-time.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program with a Master's or Doctorate Degree
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
• All positions: Must have pediatric CPR and FA certification (includes infant/child CPR and in person skills testing)
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
• At least one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist working with children under the age of 5 years
