Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for Early Intervention. Work with children from birth to age three and their families using a coaching model to empower parents to provide ongoing support and techniques at home, daycare, or community settings.

This per-visit role offers 5–19 hours weekly with potential to grow to part time or full time based on need, schedule, and flexibility. Join a team focused on authentic care, collaboration, and excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
  • Current or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • At least one year of experience working with children ages 5 years and younger as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist.
  • Pediatric CPR and FA certification (infant/child) required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pediatric OT services to children birth through age three using a coaching model.
  • Coach and empower families to support child development.
  • Deliver therapy in the child's natural setting (home, daycare, community).
  • Per visit schedule of 5–19 hours per week with potential to grow to part time/full time.

Job Description:

Pediatric Occupational Therapist, Early Intervention As an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist, you can make a positive impact on children and families! Teammates work directly with children from birth through age three and their families, using a coaching model to empower the parents to be the ones who provide the support neededand techniques to help their child succeed and achieve their goals.Services are provided in the child's natural setting, such as their home, daycare, or community setting. This is a per visit position (5-19 hours per week) with the opportunity to build to part time or potentially full time depending on need, flexibility, etc.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS


  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program

  • Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Occupational Therapist in respective state

  • At least one year of experience working with children ages 5 years and younger as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist

  • All positions: Must have pediatric CPR and FA certification (includes infant/child CPR and in person skills testing)

  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care

  • Must have completed fellowship year and earned their Certificate of Clinical Competence
