Job summary

Whole Child Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Claremont clinic. You will deliver pediatric OT services, build customized plans, and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth and development.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid California OT licensure or certification.
• Experience in pediatric occupational therapy is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of sensory processing and motor development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with parents and professionals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational skills for accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify sensory, motor, and developmental needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide direct OT services individually and in group settings.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers for a holistic approach.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
