Whole Child Therapy, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist in California to help children reach their full potential through individualized therapy.

You will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting at our Claremont and Rancho Cucamonga clinics, delivering hands-on OT services with a family-centered approach. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, direct therapy in groups or individually, progress monitoring, and thorough documentation.

Competenze

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid California licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in pediatric occupational therapy is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of sensory processing, motor skills development, and evidence-based techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with parents, COTAs, and professionals.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation and records.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and current OT practices.

Mansioni

• Conduct assessments to identify sensory, motor, and developmental needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results.
