Ascension's Pediatric Rehabilitation Clinic in Fishers, IN is seeking a dedicated clinician for a full-time day shift role. You will design personalized therapy plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and document milestones to keep the care team aligned on progress.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and OT credentialing with BLS within 30 days of hire. You will guide families, coordinate with therapists and technicians, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while advancing

Qualifications

BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
OT credential from Indiana prior to hire or temp permit with boards within 4 months.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Design personalized care plans and deliver evidence-based therapeutic treatments with documentation.
Adapt treatment strategies based on patient response in real time.
Prepare families for transition home with education and training.
Supervise therapy assistants and technicians to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
