Job summary

IU Health in Indiana is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric rehabilitation team at Ball Memorial Outpatient. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help children gain independence and participation in daily activities.

Our outpatient facility provides OT, PT and SLP services for ages birth to 13, with potential assignments in the NICU and school settings. Requirements include a Master's in OT, IN licensure, and BLS; NBCOT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current or eligible IN OT licensure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.

Requirements:

• Requires a Master's Degree from an accredited academic program in occupational therapy; or, if foreign trained, graduation from an occupational therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.
• Current certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) is preferred.
• Requires current license in the State of Indiana.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
