Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide on-site services for pediatric and adolescent clients at our Fort Worth clinic. The role operates on a session-based compensation model and requires collaboration with BCBAs, SLPs, and families to deliver high-quality therapy.

Texas license is required; prior experience with ASD is preferred. The position includes comprehensive benefits for full-time teammates and a supportive team culture in a clinic-based setting.

Qualifications

• Current Texas State License as an Occupational Therapist.
• Two years direct service experience preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessment; identify patient needs and target developmental goals.
• Document, prepare/revises, and complete a Plan of Care, progress notes, and other clinical record documentation on an ongoing basis.
• Assess and facilitate the patient’s ROM, strength, coordination, need for and use of adaptive equipment and environmental modifications, functional mobility, and safety issues as related to the patient’s ADL performance needs.
• Implement, monitor, collect and evaluate data.
• Evaluate the efficiency of the treatment.
• Demonstration of professional behavior.
• Competence with Crisis Intervention.
• Facilitate effective training with parents and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Service patients within 30 minute, 1:1 OT sessions
