Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team. The clinician will dedicate about 70% direct patient care while mentoring and collaborating with other disciplines to maximize child outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with pediatric specialty.
• Experience in outpatient or school-based settings preferred.
• Ability to work in a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and create OT treatment plans with input from physicians or referrals.
• Guide patients through functional activities, sensory activities, and daily living tasks.
• Supervise aides and assist with discharge planning and home exercise programs.
