You will provide family-centered care, conduct evaluations, design treatment plans, and document progress. Expect about 70% direct patient care with mentoring across disciplines.

Qualifications

• CA license is required to practice in California.
• Experience in pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong documentation and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide family-centered occupational therapy to pediatric patients and develop individualized plans.
• Perform evaluations, implement treatment plans, and document patient progress.
• Administer therapy and supervise aides and assistants as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other professionals.
• Participate in IEP processes within an educational plan framework.
