Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active OT license in the state required; BLS certification preferred.
• Experience: 0-1 year; pediatric facility experience preferred.
• Sensory-based feeding therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of patients' physical, mental, and developmental abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; monitor progress.
• Provide education to patients and families about therapeutic activities to do at home.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Attend staff meetings and continuing education to stay current with best practices.
