Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in pediatric settings is preferred (0-1 year).
• Sensory-based feeding therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of patients' physical, mental, and developmental abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting as needed.
• Provide education to patients and families about therapeutic activities and exercises at home.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and physical therapists for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Attend staff meetings and continuing education to stay current with best practices.
