Major duties include: patient evaluation and treatment, electronic medical record documentation, maintaining expected productivity levels (including special assignments), special projects, and duties as assigned. The primary function is patient care, unless otherwise specified.

Salary Range: $73.82 - $92.23 per hour. May convert to career.
