Job summary

Parkwood Clinic, LLC in Portland, OR is seeking an OT Lead with at least three years of pediatric experience to build and lead our Occupational Therapy program. You will help expand Parkwood's reputation as a premier pediatric therapy provider in the Portland metro area.

The role focuses on evaluating and treating pediatric clients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and advancing a family-centered, data-driven therapy approach. Oregon licensure is required, Washington license welcomed.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in OT is required.
  • Oregon licensure is required; Washington licensure is optional.
  • Minimum three years pediatric OT experience for lead role.

Responsibilities

  • Produce comprehensive Occupational Therapy Evaluations to Parkwood standards.
  • Treat clients across all ages and abilities.
  • Utilize Fusion EMR for evaluation writing, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, treatment notes, re-evaluations, screenings, and information exchange.
  • Maintain licensure requirements for Oregon and Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

We are looking for an OT Lead with at least three years of pediatric experience to join our incredible team and help us build an Occupational Therapy program from the ground up. We see OT as a vital part of a family’s therapy journey and are looking for someone who is passionate about building a strong, collaborative program and helping to expand Parkwood's reputation as a premier pediatric therapy provider in the Portland metro area.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Produce comprehensive Occupational Therapy Evaluations to the Parkwood standard of quality
  • Treatment of clients across all ages and abilities continuum
  • Use of Fusion by Ensora Health EMR to support the clinical documentation process, including but not limited to:
    • Evaluation writing
    • Goal writing
    • Completing letters of medical necessity
    • Treatment notes (including the use of correct CPT Code(s) & ICD-10(s))
    • Re-evaluations
    • Screenings
    • Signed Mutual Exchanges of Information
    • Correspondence with referring providers/interdisciplinary communication & collaboration
  • Maintain all requirements for AOTA, Oregon and Washington licensure
