Job summary

Parkwood Clinic is seeking an OT Lead with a minimum of three years of pediatric experience to build and lead a pediatric Occupational Therapy program in the Portland metro area. You will help expand Parkwood's reputation as a premier pediatric therapy provider, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team within multiple clinics and school settings.

Position Responsibilities

We are looking for an OT Lead with at least three years of pediatric experience to join our incredible team and help us build an Occupational Therapy program from the ground up. We see OT as a vital part of a family’s therapy journey and are looking for someone who is passionate about building a strong, collaborative program and helping to expand Parkwood's reputation as a premier pediatric therapy provider in the Portland metro area.

Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Produce comprehensive Occupational Therapy Evaluations to the Parkwood standard of quality
• Treatment of clients across all ages and abilities continuum
• Use of Fusion by Ensora Health EMR to support the clinical documentation process, including but not limited to:
  • Evaluation writing
  • Goal writing
  • Completing letters of medical necessity
  • Treatment notes (including the use of correct CPT Code(s) & ICD-10(s))
  • Re-evaluations
  • Screenings
  • Signed Mutual Exchanges of Information
  • Correspondence with referring providers/interdisciplinary communication & collaboration
• Maintain all requirements for AOTA, Oregon and Washington licensure
